TIMELY PROFESSIONAL - GRANTED IN 4 DAYS!
This Nevada annulment attorney handled my annulment in Nevada in a timely, professional, and maybe most importantly, thoughtful manner. Being able to consult with an attorney for the same price I would have had to pay for a paralegal was a great relief and the lawyer took the necessary time to make sure everything was perfect before submitting my paperwork at court. After being filed, my Nevada annulment was granted in 4 days! Thank you!

Hi, my name is James Smith. I’ve been practicing law in the State of Nevada for the past 25+ years. During that time, I’ve helped countless people like you with their Nevada annulment of marriage. I believe in access to affordable legal services for all. As a result, I formed Conexa, LLC, for the specific purpose of protecting your legal rights in an uncontested matter at the lowest possible cost, such as through NevadaAnnulment.org. You can now afford an attorney rather than having to use a typing service or paralegal service, which means representing yourself in court.
Most Sincerely,
James E. Smith

Procedure to Annul a Nevada Marriage
1: Complete your Secure Annulment Form (safe server). The ready-to-sign annulment documents will be emailed to you within 24 hours. They arrive in your Inbox with an instruction sheet and a properly notarized sample, so you can feel confident about getting notarized correctly.
2: Once we receive the documents back from you signed and notarized, your annulment will be filed and processed through the best jurisdiction of the Nevada Family Court System, according to Nevada annulment laws, and as required for annulments in Nevada. Therefore, you can expect your case to be filed where you have the best chance at having your annulment granted.
3: When both parties sign, your Nevada marriage annulment (also referred to as a Las Vegas annulment or a Nevada Annulment – they are all the same) is granted on average one to three weeks later. If only one party signs the documents, and Defendant does not file an Answer in court to contest the annulment after being served the annulment documents, your Nevada marriage annulment will be granted in about 12-16 weeks. The exact length of time it takes for an annulment case depends on whether the Defendant can be personally served or must be served by publication, and also the pace at which your judge reviews and grants Nevada marriage annulment cases.
4: We e-mail the final Decree of Annulment to you as soon as it becomes available to us. If you have requested a certified copy of the final decree, that will arrive by mail service in 2-3 weeks after you have received the regular decree by email.
Will I have to attend a hearing to annul my Nevada marriage?
There are NO court hearings for marriage annulments for a large majority of the annulment cases we file. Our company NEVER requires you to attend a hearing; this is ALWAYS up to your judge. If your annulment case necessitates a hearing, you appear by phone while the attorney is physically present in the courtroom, therefore you save yourself a trip. Also, a huge majority of cases that require a hearing are granted at the hearing and you get your final decree of annulment in just a day or two after the annulment hearing.

* Court Filing Fees (currently $328 for a Joint Petition annulment; $269 for Complaint; $217 for Answer; $56 court fees for a two-signature annulment, or $61 for a one-signature annulment) and cost of process service (if applicable to your annulment case) is additional. Average process service cost if Defendant can be served in person is $125 in Nevada and $160 in other states. Average cost for publication when required is $160. If Defendant lives outside the U.S. and does not sign the documents, process service fees will be higher.
